Dear Mr Vaughan and team, I would just like to write and thank you for your professional manner in selling my property, when I first decided to sell it I went with a large chain in the miss conception that they would sell it quicker due to their many branches, it was a big mistake as I found them to be extremely difficult and uncaring to deal with.
